November 12th, 2009 The Wonders of Ilocos
It was a great experience when I visited Ilocos Norte last October 28-30,2009. After 9 hours riding in a bus (Florida Bus Liner) from Manila, we reached Laoag, the city of Ilocos Norte. That day we explored Abot Cave and it was full of water so we just took a bath and enjoyed the clear water. The following day, me, my friend Margie (originally from Pasuquin Ilocos Norte) and Margie’s cousin went to Pagudpud by mini bus for about 2 hours. We rented a tricycle to go around. I saw the beauty of Saud Beach and Blue Lagoon Beach with very long white powdery sand beaches. We never stop exploring, after walking 30 minutes from the high way…we reached the Kabigan Falls. It was a nice adventure walking under the trees. Thanks God for the wonderful nature!
